Cooperates properly with Academic Affair Office to prepare a schedule for semester examination, announcing exam results, and controlling student disciplines;
Prepares students practicum schedule at any work field and factories;
Manages and looks after all the equipments and materials in laboratory and workshop;
Prepares and manages the process of thesis writing of students;
Manages the laboratory and computers;
Manages all the electronic and electrical systems in the institute (NTTI).
